0c983e1394 dubai: Update from S1RDS32M.55-94-2 
Also remove duplicate cvp blobs which are in sm7325-common tree and Update
MotCamera4 and disable Video HDR and Night Vision. We can also leave the
required libs in the apk now that we are on lineage-20.

8182a18ba7 dubai: Update to S1RD32M.55-94 
While we're at it, remove the duplicated camera sensormodule section that
is already included in the camera sensor section.

773a3df538 dubai: Convert the tree from berlin 
The partition reserved sizes were taking from stock ROM

IE, blockdev --getsize64 /dev/block/mapper/system_a
